Palliative Care conference - Looking Forward to the End of Live Care Strategy
This conference takes place on Thursday May 15 at Manchester Conference Centre, Manchester.
Chaired by Thomas Hughes-Hallet, Advisory Board Member for the End of Life Care Strategy and Chief Executive of Marie Curie, the conference provides a practical guide to improving the quality of end of life care.
The conference focuses on emerging themes from the end of life care strategy including developing a whole systems approach, improving choice and involvement, and improving care after death - in hospital, in the community and in care homes, as well as issues around ensuring those at the end of life are identified and supporting clinicians with trigger points and education.
